generally good with minor issues
excellent locationhandy buscomfortable bedunwelcoming staffshower setupextra charge
the location was excellent for exploring. it was very close to bus stop 5, handy for tours. the room was super clean and the bed felt comfortable (i slept really well).
the check-in experience was not great. the staff member wasn't cute. the shower setup in the bathroom was also not ideal with only a small partition. the spa access cost extra, which i didn't expect.

small roompoor soundproofing
The room i got felt a bit cramped. it was hard to open my suitcase fully because of the limited space, and opening the bathroom door was a challenge too. soundproofing was a joke. I could hear everything happening in the hallway. every footstep and conversation echoed right through the door.

The location was really handy. Bus stop 5 was super close! the staff always had a smile, i even got help posting a postcard. breakfast had plenty of choices. car parking near the hotel was cheap though sometimes hard to find spaces, it was convenient!
the shower setup in the bathroom was a bit awkward, with just a small partition, it didn't stop the bathroom floor from getting wet!

the hotel is very close to bus stop 5, which makes airport transfers and excursions simple! the proximity to key attractions made getting around very easy.
